At Vegas Event Media, we aim to provide flexible, client-focused service while protecting the time, planning, and creative effort involved in content production. Please review our refund and rescheduling policy below.
1. Deposits & Refunds

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made 30 or more calendar days before the scheduled service date.
2. Cancellations Within 14 Days

If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled service:

50% of the total fee is non-refundable.

The remaining balance of your deposit, minus a $100 rebooking fee, may be applied to a future booking.

Reschedule credit is valid for 365 days from the cancellation date.

3. Same-Day or No-Show Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made the same day as your scheduled service or in the case of a no-show.

Verified emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Reschedules

Rescheduling is permitted based on availability.

Bookings rescheduled less than 14 days from the event date are subject to a $100 rebooking fee.

Deposits (minus the fee) can be transferred and must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.
5. Revisions & Edits
We strive to make sure every client is thrilled with their content.

A reasonable number of basic revision requests are included with each package (typically one round of light edits per video).

Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of content delivery.

Additional or advanced editing outside of the agreed scope (new versions, re-edits, extended clips, etc.) may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed in advance.
6. Delivered Content

Due to the fast turnaround nature of digital content, no refunds will be provided after content has been delivered, unless a technical issue occurs that cannot be resolved with a revision.
