Service Description
$200 for 2 hours (minimum booking) | $150 per additional hour Professionally shot vertical B-roll and photography, captured in native 4K, for brands, agencies, and event teams who already have an editor and need someone on the ground in Las Vegas. What's Included: 2 hours on-site (minimum booking) Minimum 25 vertical video clips per hour, shot in 9:16, native 4K Documentary and reality TV style coverage: candid guest reactions, behind-the-scenes setup, speeches, activations, crowd energy, and organic moments a standard photographer would miss Shot by a content creator who blends in as an attendee, not a hired crew, for authentic, unposed footage iPhone photography captured alongside the video, natural lighting, unedited Same-day delivery via Google Drive, or AirDrop on-site Delivered as shot: no editing, color correction, or audio mixing Best for: brands, agencies, and event teams with an in-house or contracted editor who need high-volume raw footage they can cut themselves. FAQs Can I hire you just to capture raw footage? Yes. This service is capture only. You get the raw files and your team handles the edit. Can my agency send a shot list? Yes. Send it at least 48 hours before the event and we will confirm what is realistic for the venue. Do you work with out-of-state brands and agencies? Yes. Many clients fly in for Las Vegas trade shows and conventions, so you do not need to travel a crew. Can footage be delivered the same day? Yes. Raw footage is delivered the same day through Google Drive or AirDrop. Want it edited too? Book the Full-Day Package for 4 hours on-site plus 6 edited videos.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Vegas Event Media - By booking with Vegas Event Media, you agree to these terms- We’re committed to capturing your event in the most fun, seamless, and professional way possible. To maintain flexibility while respecting both your time and ours, please review the following policies regarding deposits, payments, and cancellations. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure your booking and will vary depending on the scope of your project. If a client cancels or reschedules 30 or more calendar days before the scheduled booking date, any deposit paid is fully refundable. If a cancellation or change occurs within 14 days of the scheduled date, 50% of the total project fee is due and is non-refundable. However, the remaining deposit (minus a $100 rescheduling fee) may be applied toward a future booking within 365 days of the original cancellation date. Full payment is due on the day of the event or shoot, prior to delivery of any content. Rescheduling & Flexibility We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule: Please give as much notice as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate new dates based on availability. Deposits transferred to future bookings must be used within one year (365 days). Delivery & Edits Edited content will be delivered within the agreed-upon turnaround time (usually within 12–24 hours unless otherwise discussed). One round of basic revisions is included if requested within 3 days of delivery. Other Notes Venue Parking Fees are not included. Travel outside the Las Vegas metro area may incur additional fees. By booking with Vegas Event Media, you agree to these terms.
